Quality Electric was really the best to work with. I was renovating a house in Stone Harbor, that needed a lot of different electric components taken care of. Brian was helpful, friendly, prompt and professional, and went above and beyond just doing the job, as did everyone in his employ. The proposal was very thorough and accurate, and the price better then I had expected. The job was done on time, beautifully and within budget. Acquiring a whole-house generator is something I have wanted to do for many years. That was realized when I contacted Quality Electric. The sales, office and installation staff were top notch. Everything was explained to me, and that included how to operate, although I hope never to have to touch the generator. Having heard spokespeople from our local electric utility speak, the last thing that will get reconnected after an outage are homes. Now, whether hurricane or blizzard, utility pole crashes or any other hazard, I know I will have power to continue to live in comfort, pumping water, flushing the toilet and having refrigerator and freezer working. We had an electrical emergency the Friday before Memorial Day at 4:00 PM in Sea Isle. We called two companies that said they could not help. We then reached Quality Electric and Brian was a great help listening to our problems and instructing us on what to do. Brian left from the Woodbine office and Dylan who was in Wildwood departed for our home in Sea Isle. Given the excessive holiday traffic, whomever arrived in Sea Isle first would continue on to our house to fix the electrical problems. Dylan arrived with a great attitude, and a vast expertise to handle our problems plus some other issues we had previously. Reached out to Quality Electric Service to come in and complete my Home Theater system which previously had in wall speakers. I needed to purchase a receiver, sub and center speaker. Brian came in to provide a quote and what I appreciated most, was he only tried to get me what I needed. He did not try to sell me on something that wasn’t necessary for the space or our way of entertaining. I appreciated Brian’s attention to detail, as the center speaker had to be placed in a small space and he made it work. I can go on and on regarding this attribute but long story short, I appreciated the customer service from beginning to end. Quality Electric initially did a site survey and explained the entire process. They covered every detail and did all the work securing permits and scheduling. The Generator was installed earlier than expected. Everything was explained, and the installation technicians were very friendly, fast and efficient. After the install an unexpected weather event. We found that the company maintained contact with all new installs and monitored the hours of use on the generator and would be by to perform the break-in period service automatically. This put us at ease. Just this week a technician (Dillon) came by to perform the first service in keeping with the hours of use. He was very helpful and explained every detail. More than a few local trade services have exhibited less than friendly and reliable business practices in our past experience. Quality Electric personnel are the friendliest and most accommodating that we have ever experienced. I should mention our first encounter was with Brian and his knowledge and customer respect was our deciding factor on going with Quality for our Generac unit. The installation Technicians deserve high praise for their workmanship and friendly attitudes and for their in-depth explanation of the product. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!
